A big day for T he got his braces off! He was very quiet about it, and didn't really seem too excited. I dropped him off at the orthodontist, they said he would be done in about an hour, so I ran a couple of errands. When I got back he was all done and the staff made a big deal about having his braces removed, took his picture, gave him a bottle of sparking cider, and a package of goodies (that he wasn't supposed to have with braces on). They joked and said he hardly smiled until now!

He requested California Pizza Kitchen for lunch so we stopped there on the way home. My friend's daughter spent the day with and got to celebrate with Tyler.
